1. Who are we?

Apparel by Aiesha is a one-(wo)man run small business, focusing on creating unique limited streetwear and art. I created a brand that would allow me to create subtle high-quality anime clothing, hand embroidered art, and 1 of 1 hand tufted rugs. 

2. What does 'pre-order' mean?

All items are available to pre-order during the drop window. Everything is made to order to ensure high-quality garments in your preferred colour/sizing. This allows unlimited stock to be available within the 'pre-order window'. Items wont run out of stock, ensuring any colour/design/size is available whilst the drop is running.

3. How long does an order take to be processed?

Once you have placed an order, it can take any where from 1 - 3 weeks for your order to be processed. Ordered are created in a order of when they were placed. Production begins early to ensure your items are created and shipped as quickly as possible.

4. Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! Offering free shipping on all orders £250+ . 

5. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

UK orders can take up to 3 business days for your order to arrive from when it has been shipped. International orders can take anywhere from 7-35 business working days from when your order has been shipped. You will receive an email once your order has been shipped, along with a tracking number to ease your mind.

6. Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can be cancelled or adjusted within 24hours. Drop an email or DM with your order number and request, as long as your order hasn't been processes (blanks purchased).

7. What is your refund policy?

As items are made to order, there are no refunds available unless the item is damaged. I am more than happy to answer any questions to ensure you make the right decision when choosing your exclusive high-quality apparel. 

8. Do you offer custom clothing?

I am more than happy to discuss custom clothing via email or instagram DMs. I do no recreate old designs from previous drops but am happy to redesign to ensure you have a unique design.

9. Can I combine shipping if i have placed multiple orders?

As long as your order hasn't been processed for shipping, I am more than happy to combine your orders and refund the additional shipping charges. You will have to email me the orders you will like to combine as soon as possible.

10. Do I have to pay Customs & Duties?

Different countries have different rules with customs & duties. I am unaware when countries apply this to your order when it arrives at your country for delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer as stated in the Store Policies.
